I ordered a ring that was supposedly in stock last week, the website said that it would be dispatched in 24 hours. It's been a week and that has not happened. I tried reaching out via emails multiple times, and also tried calling them, but there has been absolutely no response. It's either a scam or really bad customer service, either way don't buy from here.

Edit: as said in my initial review, I emailed the store 3 times and called twice and received no response. I fail to see how the store's reply to my review helps in anyway, maybe try reading my entire review before replying.

Slow response. I ordered 1 pairs shoes, and 8 days after purchasing i still not yet get my tracking number, i always emailing them and connecting with their staff named Collin Donaldson asking for ship my items but still no response until today.


Please don't buy from Triads Online!

I took a chance and ordered sneakers for my son that he wanted very badly and I imported them to Canada. All went very smoothly and the item was perfect!
